If you are Care Worker and support people with learning disabilities there are different ways that you can help people to achieve their goals and outcomes detailed in individual support plans.
For easy-read advice on supporting independence please see Being Independent.
An important way of helping the people you support is to become involved in Social and Leisure Activities.

This scheme replaces the Go4Free Leisure Cheques which finished in July 2017. Applications need to be made through a key worker.
