Application-formWe aim to help as many people as possible to have paid real jobs of over 16 hours per week.  Real jobs are those where:
– Wages are paid at the going rate.
– The job helps the person to meet their life goals.
– The role is valued by managers and colleagues.
– The job has similar hours and times of work as for other employees.
