Staying Healthy

Health promotion is about making sure that you receive the right information and support to be as well as possible.

Here are some suggestions about ways you can help yourself:

– Higher energy levels.
– A healthy body weight.
– Improved sleep.
– Better concentration.
– Protection from illness.

2.  Exercise More Exercising and keeping active can help keep you fit and healthy.

Health trainers can work with you and your support team to provide advice about what exercises you can try.
